Please note that all lots and homes within The Sanctuary are privately owned, and we highly recommend working with a licensed realtor if you’re considering purchasing property in the community.

There are several private schools in close proximity to the Sanctuary.

The Sanctuary also has a number of magnet schools options in the area, including Palisades Park Elementary, a brand new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) school opened in the Fall of 2014, with several Sanctuary children in attendance. Magnet schools are operated by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, with curricula that are either theme-based to meet student interest or founded on a particular educational approach.
Traditional Public Schools – K-12. The Sanctuary is served by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system.

- If you would like to show your client our facilities, please contact us in advance to schedule. We ask that Realtors are present with their clients during the tour.
- Our community is professionally managed by CAMS Management. If you would like more information regarding dues, amenities, the community in general or closing information/paperwork, please call CAMS at 877-672-2267.
- All “For Sale” signs must be approved by The Sanctuary. We currently partner with Instant Sign Solutions at 704-342-0966. Please contact them directly to have your sign made. They are familiar with our guidelines and requirements and also handle the installation.
- The Sanctuary at Lake Wylie HOA is professionally managed by CAMS Management. For closing information/paperwork please contact CAMS directly 877-672-2267.

Participating in the community events at The Sanctuary has helped us to meet new neighbors and also try new activities such as running a 5K and attending a mixology class.
